Se solicitó a la Corporación la aclaración de la sentencia C-105/13, en el sentido de indicar si la inexequibilidad decretada en ella se predica de la totalidad de los incisos 2, 4 y 5 del artículo 35 de la Ley 1551 de 2012, o tan solo de la expresión “Procuraduría General de la Nación” contenida en tales preceptos.
La Corte decide rechazar por improcedente, la petición de aclaración presentada, porque la pretensión no apuntó a una aclaración sino a una alteración de la parte resolutiva del fallo, pretensión a la que no hay lugar en el marco del artículo 285 del Código General del Proceso.
